Apply structured problem-solving to identify root causes, evaluate and analyse current processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll develop and execute project plans within agreed timelines, embed sustainable changes for long-term benefits, and support business improvement workshops. As part of the Continuous Improvement Team for the Dreadnought programme, you’ll also conduct productive utilisation studies and engage with senior leaders to develop cost improvement strategies.
