Key Responsibilities

  • •Implements, tests, and maintains manufacturing equipment controls; performs troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance for electrical control problems.
  • •Assist in installation and qualification of manufacturing equipment; troubleshoot day-to-day manufacturing control issues and identify/improve systems to meet throughput, yield, and performance goals.
  • •Test equipment and control functions for new controls; download and maintain software changes/upgrades and current software databases for the Base Plant.
  • •Support IT setup, installation, and testing of communication devices for PLCs.
  • •Perform predictive and preventative maintenance, develop and implement electrical preventative maintenance tasks/schedules, and document and follow up on control-related problems.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 23.37 - 32.69 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •3-7 years of electrical/electronic/controls experience.
  • •Associate Degree in Electrical, Robotics, or Electronic Engineering (preferred).
  • •If no degree, 5+ years verifiable experience in a related field (e.g., semiconductors, automotive).
  • •Journeyman’s Card from an accredited apprentice program preferred.
  • •Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize work while troubleshooting problems on the manufacturing line.
