Job Summary

Lead all aspects of Girl Scout membership across Maui County, including recruiting new members, driving membership campaigns, and training and supporting volunteer troops. Oversee program and camp delivery, manage the Afterschool Leadership Program and Girl Scout Leadership Experience Program, and provide member-facing customer service. Key Responsibilities

•Manage Maui County Girl Scout membership goals, including annual girl/adult memberships and membership campaigns.
•Recruit, train, and support volunteers to create and sustain troops across Maui, ensuring required trainings are up to date.
•Lead Afterschool Leadership Program operations on Maui, including hiring, coaching, and supporting afterschool advisors and coordination with school administrators.
•Manage and maintain Girl Scout properties (Girl Scout office and Camp Pi’iholo), including safety oversight, inspections, and maintenance scheduling.
•Execute island Girl Scout Cookie Season coordination and support volunteer cookie teams, events (including Cookie University), and troop questions during the season.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and/or 4 years of equivalent experience in related fields such as communications, nonprofit management, marketing, community development, volunteer engagement, and support.
•Strong local network connections throughout Maui County.
•Preference for candidates with Girl Scout experience (not required).
•Personal vehicle with a valid driver’s license and current insurance.
•Go-getter mission-focused attitude with the ability to manage volunteers and program execution.
