Key Responsibilities

  • •Scan trackers as they return from and leave through exit gates; charge trackers in the office as needed.
  • •Check trackers to determine if further analysis is required and organize trays for deployment.
  • •Perform bi-weekly audits by scanning trackers in the office, at gates, and other applicable locations.
  • •Maintain office equipment (TC75s, printers, batteries) and package/ship returned trackers to COX2M.
  • •Provide administrative/transactional support and act as a point of contact for employee/customer and vendor/dealer process and status questions.

Key Requirements

  • •Good computer skills; physical ability to stand/walk for prolonged periods and lift 1-15 pounds.
