Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and manage departmental production activities to match the production plan, ensuring progress against KPIs and aligned area objectives.
  • •Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing HSE regulations and supporting quality culture through problem-solving with the Quality team.
  • •Coordinate with other plant functions (Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, Technical Services, HR, EHS, CI) to resolve production issues and support industrialization and new product launches.
  • •Lead CI initiatives using Lean and LSS (support Kaizen, RIEs, and structured improvement plans) and define actions to reduce WIP, improve flow, and reduce operational costs.
  • •Develop and evaluate Production Facilitator performance, manage shift activity monitoring and communication with Management, and collaborate with HR on selection, development, and disciplinary management.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma accepted with solid hands-on manufacturing experience; a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical qualification is preferred.
  • •5+ years of experience in a direct or indirect manufacturing environment within structured industrial organizations.
  • •Experience managing and coordinating production teams across multiple shifts.
  • •Knowledge of process quality tools including SPC, PFMEA, MSA, APQP, and PPAP.
  • •Knowledge of HSE principles (including Workstation Risk Assessment and Management of Change) and familiarity with change management tools/methodologies (e.g., ADKAR) is a plus.
