Key Responsibilities

•Establish a clear understanding of Harvey's platform and the process for building solutions.
•Scope, design and build custom agents, playbooks and prompts for key strategic customers.
•Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to understand their requirements, map their processes and turn needs into working solutions.
•Prototype, test and iterate, including piloting Harvey features prior to general release.
•Communicate market feedback to Product and Engineering, surfacing the opportunities for enhancements that will be most impactful.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 210,000 - 300,000 annually

Equity and Bonus:Equity

Key Requirements

•JD or equivalent legal qualification.
•5+ years of experience as a practicing lawyer at a top-tier firm and/or in-house legal team.
•Curiosity about testing various approaches, evaluating deliverable quality and optimizing for customer outcomes and experience.
•Strong communication skills and a track record of partnering with senior stakeholders to drive results.
•Interest in driving positive change in the legal industry through AI.
