Job Summary

Own the operational delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of Global Mobility services across EMEA. Lead end-to-end execution for international assignments, hires, permanent transfers, immigration, cross-border employment, and international remote work, ensuring programs are delivered effectively, compliantly, and aligned to business objectives. Partner with HR, Tax, Payroll, Legal, Finance, Risk, and external vendors; advise stakeholders; manage mobility vendors; maintain policies and controls; and produce mobility reporting and management information to support governance and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end delivery of international assignments, international hires, permanent transfers, localization arrangements, and other cross-border employment scenarios.
•Provide expert advice to cross-functional stakeholders on mobility-related matters.
•Be the subject matter expert for immigration, right-to-work, mobility-related tax, social security, and cross-border compliance.
•Coordinate mobility-related tax, payroll, and reporting activities with effective stakeholder hand-offs throughout the employee mobility lifecycle.
•Maintain mobility policies and operational controls, manage mobility vendors and service delivery, and produce mobility reporting for governance and workforce planning.

•Ability to operate independently, influence stakeholders, and manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.
