Job Summary

Own cost accounting and fixed-asset processes for a high-growth AI hardware business. Reconcile monthly inventory, calculate rebates, yield losses, and allocations, and accrue freight/tariffs for accurate capitalization and classification. Manage the fixed-asset lifecycle (additions/disposals/depreciation), maintain the fixed asset register, and monitor CIP capitalization. Analyze COGS and manufacturing overhead for completeness and variance insights, and support internal/external audits alongside Supply Chain and Procurement.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute monthly inventory reconciliations and post related journal entries.
•Calculate inventory rebates, wafer manufacturing yield losses, and monthly facilities allocations, including accrual and capitalization of freight and tariff costs.
•Manage the end-to-end fixed asset lifecycle, including additions, disposals, monthly depreciation runs, and maintenance of the fixed asset register in line with GAAP.
•Monitor Construction-in-Progress (CIP) and ensure timely capitalization of completed projects; track inventory deployments to PPE.
•Analyze Finished Goods movements and COGS transactions for completeness, gross margin flux, and overhead/cost capitalization; prepare audit schedules and partner with Supply Chain and Procurement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
•CPA or CMA preferred, with strong knowledge of GAAP, inventory costing methodologies, and fixed asset accounting.
•4+ years of progressive accounting experience focused on manufacturing, hardware, or infrastructure-intensive environments.
•Strong proficiency in NetSuite and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling).
•Ability to work with high volumes of unstructured data and optimize processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
