Senior Human Resource Generalist

Support HR and training for an on-site business unit, handling staffing, employee relations, performance management, and organizational/leadership development. Implement HR and training programs fairly, assess training needs, and develop curricula for hourly and salaried employees. Help build and maintain organizational culture, evaluate program effectiveness, partner with workforce development providers, and resolve benefit/payroll/LOA issues while reporting HR metrics for monthly/quarterly reviews.
