Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and develop a payroll team of seven, including support on complex cases.
  • •Create clarity around goals, priorities, roles, and responsibilities in a high-tempo, ongoing change environment.
  • •Drive change work focused on digitalization, quality, efficiency, and sustainable working practices, in close collaboration with HR and the Finance department.
  • •Ensure stable, correct, and high-quality payroll processes, including internal control.
  • •Own reporting, follow-up, and delivery of documentation for internal and external audits, and drive successful payroll-related projects and improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Several years of experience in payroll, with at least three years in a leading role related to payroll processes.
  • •Strong understanding of payroll processes and delivery of high-quality, accurate payroll.
  • •Documented experience leading change, such as process development, digitalization, system-near improvements, or adoption of new working methods.
  • •Experience driving improvements in a complex organization is considered an advantage.
  • •Excellent communication in Swedish and English, with the ability to create direction, structure, collaboration, and practical implementation of strategy.
