Key Responsibilities

  • •Work across the stack to drive technical decisions for your domain, balancing innovation with pragmatic delivery.

  • •Collaborate closely with PM and the insurance team (underwriters, actuaries) to improve underwriting and policy workflows.
  • •Mentor other engineers and help build engineering culture as the team scales.

Key Requirements
