Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate Technical Operations value streams to understand end-to-end work processes and identify systemic inefficiencies and opportunities.
  • •Analyze workflows, handoffs, and organizational processes to find waste, redundancy, friction points, and integration opportunities.
  • •Assess automation, digital enablement, and AI-driven solutions to simplify work and eliminate non-value-added activities.
  • •Develop value substantiation frameworks, assumptions, success metrics, and business outcomes to support opportunity evaluation and investment decisions.
  • •Partner cross-functionally to validate opportunities, translate insights into actionable business cases, maintain an opportunity pipeline, and transition approved initiatives into PMO governance and execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience/training.
  • •5 years of experience in strategy, business transformation, operational excellence, program management, process improvement, consulting, or related disciplines.
  • •Knowledge of Technical Operations processes and workflows.
