Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and process export license applications (dual-use, military, sanctions) with relevant national authorities, ensuring timely renewal and accurate reporting.
  • •Maintain a central database of license records and approvals.
  • •Support export classification and conduct restricted party screening and escalations for customers, suppliers, and partners against sanctions lists.

  • •At least 4 years of professional experience in Export Control or Trade Compliance, preferably in industrial, defense, aerospace, or high-tech sectors.
  • •Strong knowledge of EU Dual-Use Regulation and French national regulations/procedures (e.g., SBDU, DGA).
  • •Solid understanding of international sanctions regimes (EU, UN, US).
  • •Practical ability to interpret complex legal texts and apply them to commercial export control operations.
  • •Fluent professional working proficiency in both French and English (written and verbal).
