Greet customers in branch lobbies and help them complete simple transactions using digital tools like mobile apps and ATMs. Provide personalized guidance by understanding Citizens products and benefits, addressing questions and concerns, and connecting customers with bankers for next steps. Follow all cash-handling, state/local laws, and bank policies and procedures while delivering an exceptional, customer-centric experience during branch hours.
