Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate product and design inputs into Product and Project Infrastructure templates, ensuring continuity from new product development through project execution.
  • •Own and govern QCP templates for Florence core products and the P&M portfolio within TPS Teamcenter PLM, including creation, updates, validation, and maintenance.
  • •Evaluate, define, integrate, and continuously improve configuration rules to enable newly developed products in product configurators and promote reuse.
  • •Ensure timely generation and accuracy of project-specific BOMs and PDOCs, and establish configuration baselines with data integrity, traceability, and cross-domain alignment.
  • •Lead change-management activities for engineering infrastructure templates and configuration processes, drive lessons-learned improvements, and coordinate external providers in infrastructure implementations.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Systems Engineering, or equivalent) from an accredited university or college.
  • •Solid knowledge of Baker Hughes products and systems portfolio (or ability to rapidly acquire it).
  • •Hands-on experience with PLM systems and structured management of Bills of Material (BOM), configuration rules, and engineering documentation.
  • •Strong analytical mindset with structured problem solving, risk management, process improvement, and action-plan development.
  • •Fluent English (spoken and written) with strong oral and written communication skills to convey business and technical objectives.
