Key Responsibilities

  • •Support planning and execution of evaluation and boarding activities for all new network according to the yearly plan.
  • •Ensure proper evaluation of new networks by participating in RFP processes, design, development, and lab testing, and provide regular progress reports.
  • •Define, maintain, and update evaluation/boarding processes to minimize risks of outages and post-boarding cost overruns, ensuring compliance with governance and regulatory requirements.
  • •Coordinate security risk assessments and risk management reviews, serving as Domain Risk Advisor for service operations and helping mitigate vulnerabilities from VA scan reports.
  • •Own SW upgrade and patching compliance for network nodes and systems, and support internal audits and internal control observations.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum Bachelor’s degree in computer, electrical, network engineering, or IT (any telecom equivalent).
  • •10–15 years of experience in telecommunications/hi-tech industry.
  • •Familiarity with ISO/TL9000 framework and ITIL framework.
  • •Proven ability to lead large transformation projects and lead teams/groups.
  • •Strong negotiation, facilitation, vendor management, governance, and financial management skills.
