Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage daily settlement processing to ensure proper procedures for domestic and cross-border funds transfers.
  • •Provide direct team support, including backup coverage of key functions during daily operations.
  • •Manage resource scheduling and cross-training requirements to ensure Americas time zone coverage of business-critical tasks.
  • •Act as escalation point to resolve settlement issues and lead incident investigation and resolution.
  • •Develop and improve settlement process efficiency and quality; resolve reconciliation discrepancies with training and keep desktop procedures current, and review quarterly reporting (Daily Aging and Monthly Billing).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • •3 to 5 years of experience in the card payments industry or banking back office payment operations.
  • •Strong knowledge of accounting principles, treasury operations, and the payment operations industry.
  • •Experience managing daily global settlement operations for services and inputs for internal and external customers.
  • •Proven analytical problem-solving, ability to manage multiple priorities, and excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
