Operations Manager - San Antonio (2nd shift)

Supervise daily operations in a Carvana vehicle reconditioning inspection center, overseeing leads and up to 70 front-line associates in a lean manufacturing environment. Drive continuous improvement and associate engagement while meeting quality, production, and cost objectives. Lead recruiting, training, coaching, and performance management, ensure compliance with operating standards, health & safety, and loss prevention, and guide the team to achieve production capacity and performance metrics.
