Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with planning, production, manufacturing engineering, design engineering, supply chain, quality, launch operations, and business line leadership on priorities and delivery commitments.
  • •Own and maintain the integrated manufacturing and AIT schedule across multiple product lines, running critical path and execution risk analysis.
  • •Drive execution week to week through cross-functional cadence, surfacing slips early with quantified impact and leading recovery plans.
  • •Define, deploy, and monitor manufacturing KPIs through New Product Introduction and into full rate production, including gate-readiness and critical-path reporting.
  • •Build and maintain production cost models, manage manufacturing/AIT risks with a risk register and quantified exposures, and represent manufacturing/AIT scope at milestone reviews and with leadership.

Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • •8+ years in program, project, or production management in aerospace, space, defense, or another complex hardware industry.
  • •3+ years owning schedule and execution for a hardware program.
  • •Currently possesses and can maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • •Personally owned an integrated master schedule as the schedule of record (network, critical path, baselines) using Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or Smartsheet.
