Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the ANZ Workplace experience and operational strategy for sites across Sydney, translating global Enterprise Operations vision into local execution.
  • •Drive local Workplace strategy, elevate internal Workplace communications, and build strong relationships with senior regional and global functional leaders.
  • •Partner across Enterprise Operations functions (including Portfolio Management, Program Delivery, EHS, Food & Beverage, Events, and Enterprise Security) and engage ERGs to scale culture.
  • •Lead and manage a Workplace team of internal FTEs and key strategic partners, cultivating a robust feedback culture and enabling innovation.
  • •Deliver workplace services and steward operational excellence, including EHS framework, office expansions and relocations, and budget/cost risk management via landlord and vendor partnerships.
