Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in the development and implementation of HSES plans, procedures, and instructions.
  • •Provide HSES guidance to frontline supervision and field personnel.
  • •Mentor and coach junior HSES staff.
  • •Support HSES prequalification and compliance monitoring for subcontractors and vendors, including safe work practices.
  • •Participate in risk assessments, maintain risk registries, execute HSES activities, and support audits/inspections and incident investigations with reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree/Diploma or equivalent in an HSES-related subject.
  • •5 years of Oil and Gas HSES experience.
  • •Knowledge of local and international HSES laws, codes, and regulations.
