Job Summary

Own the Provider Core domain, building provider-facing workflows and tooling that deliver the right member context, assessment history, and engagement signals. Lead AI-first clinical enablement, including “AI-in-the-room” ambient documentation and agentic scheduling/matching. Define requirements for a smart EHR interface that extracts insights from partner systems and improves interoperability. Partner with clinical leadership, engineering, legal, compliance, and health plan stakeholders and define metrics to measure readiness and automation health.

•Build ambient clinical intelligence tools to automate note-taking and documentation while defining the “AI-in-the-room” experience with safety and quality bars.
•Develop agentic scheduling workflows for provider-patient matching and appointment management optimized for clinical fit.
•Define product requirements for a smart EHR interface and lead experience building that extracts clinical insights from partner systems for interoperability.
•Partner with clinical leadership, engineering, legal, compliance, and health plan stakeholders to ensure regulatory standards and define and track domain health metrics.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 122,400 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3-5+ years of product management experience shipping health-tech products, specifically provider tooling, care coordination, or EHR/interoperability.
•Technical acumen to collaborate with engineers on model latency, data pipeline architecture, and AI integration build-vs-buy trade-offs; ability to write non-functional requirements.
•AI/agentic fluency for clinical environments, including human-in-the-loop constraints and safely surfacing AI output to clinicians.
•Builder DNA using tools like Figma, Replit, or low-code to prototype and validate features before production.
•Experience bridging clinical risk/compliance guardrails with engineering teams to move fast.
