Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the work end to end: understand the problem, choose an approach, build with AI-assisted coding and internal tools, launch, measure, and iterate with minimal handoffs.
  • •Build with AI daily for research, analysis, prototyping, and debugging as an embedded part of the workflow.
  • •Prioritize among multiple plausible directions and design the smallest meaningful experiment to test key assumptions quickly.
  • •Define success before building and use experiment outcomes to improve, expand, or stop what was shipped.
  • •Partner within an embedded software engineering squad to define and deliver priority projects and communicate progress and decisions to stakeholders.

  • •Take ownership in ambiguity: investigate, build, test, and learn to reach the right outcome while addressing blockers early.
