Key Responsibilities

•Lead the financial planning and performance management agenda for Aon NL, owning the full planning cycle (budget, forecasts and long-range plan).
•Serve as strategic finance business partner for the Country Leadership Team and EMEA Finance stakeholders.
•Direct and develop a high-performing FP&A team and ensure global finance standards are applied within the Netherlands.
•Provide forward-looking analyses and scenario planning at segment and product levels to drive profitable growth and capital-efficient decision-making.
•Collaborate closely with Controllership, Commercial Leadership, HR, Operations and EMEA FP&A.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in finance with strong exposure to FP&A within an international organization
•Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration
•Fluent in Dutch and English
•Experience leading an FP&A team and acting as a strategic finance business partner for country leadership
•Comfortable working in an international matrix organization and collaborating cross-functionally with Controllership, Commercial Leadership, HR, Operations and EMEA FP&A
