Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, outreach, engage, and enroll eligible individuals into the program virtually and in-person at clinic and community/health system partner locations.
  • •Listen openly to eligible members, adapt communication to their needs, and conduct multiple outreach attempts to support enrollment.
  • •Educate partners on Pair Team’s services and explain Enhanced Care Management benefits to help address hesitancy and trust concerns.
  • •Use community knowledge and customer service skills to gain trust and enroll members into the program.
  • •Manage the end-to-end enrollment funnel, track stages/blockers, and meet enrollment metrics while updating internal teams and partners.

Key Requirements

  • •Physically located in the United States and able to work PST hours with weekend work required.
  • •1+ year of experience working in a metric or quota-driven environment.
  • •Bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills across reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
  • •Strong technical skills and comfort using multiple technology platforms, including a quiet HIPAA-compliant internet-connected space.
  • •Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance.
