Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate pillar priorities into sprint plans, team commitments, and clear delivery expectations.
  • •Facilitate planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and cross-pod coordination rituals.
  • •Maintain visibility on progress, risks, dependencies, capacity, and delivery confidence.
  • •Keep backlogs clear, prioritized, and actionable in partnership with the Product Owner, pod leads, and craft directors; identify and resolve blockers.
  • •Coordinate execution against production pipelines and milestones, and reinforce a culture of collaboration, transparency, and shared quality responsibility.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in AAA game production, content production, asset production, or related production roles.
  • •Experience operating as a Scrum Master, agile producer, delivery lead, or senior producer supporting multiple teams.
  • •Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid production approaches.
  • •Experience with sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, risk tracking, dependency management, and delivery follow-up.
  • •Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools.
