Lead delivery governance and driving profitable outcomes for assigned accounts by coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring SLA adherence. Own end-to-end delivery across multiple projects, partnering with Sales, AM, and Solution Architecture to optimize client satisfaction and delivery-led growth. Manage capacity, cost, and CSAT while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

•Drive delivery execution and delivery excellence in adherence to SLAs.
•Primary owner for account delivery & mgmt. of all projects under the assigned account: account level SLAs, reviews, resource planning, CSAT & budget.
•Partner with WMG to manage capacity planning and secure timely staffing; collaborate with Horizontal PMs to ensure aligned delivery execution.
•Ensure adherence to technical documentation required by client for project.
•Tracking and monitoring project specific KPIs and reporting the same in prescribed format to develop an account-level tracking; sharing inputs with AM as well.

Key Requirements

•Coordinate and manage delivery across multiple projects within an assigned account, ensuring alignment with SLAs and budgets.
•Own accountability for account delivery including CSAT, budget, capacity planning, and resource planning.
•Collaborate with Sales team, Vertical AM, BDM, and Solutions Architect to drive client satisfaction and delivery-led growth.
•Ensure adherence to technical documentation required by the client for projects and maintain governance artifacts (QBRs/MBRs).
•Track project KPIs and cost metrics, and communicate status through regular reporting to Delivery leadership.
