Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor – Data Center Construction (Anticipated Opening)

Serve as the day-to-day interface for a major data center development, delivering high-value cost management and quantity surveying. Lead estimation and cost planning, review and negotiate change orders, and reconcile cost changes with contractors and design teams. Produce cost reports and funding presentations, manage cost checks, valuations, and variance analysis, and support value engineering and final accounts through the full construction lifecycle, with on-site presence.
