Job Summary

Own the technical backbone of business systems across the enterprise, with Salesforce at the center. Architect, develop, and administer the Salesforce org, design and ship integrations across tools like Gong, marketing automation, billing/ERP, HR and finance systems, and data warehouse. Lead end-to-end project delivery, keep the stack healthy during hypergrowth, and embed AI capabilities through data enrichment, call-intelligence workflows, and AI agents working with business data.

Key Responsibilities

•Architect, develop, and administer the Salesforce org including data model, automations (Flows), custom development (Apex, LWC), security, and release management.
•Design and build integrations across the business systems stack using REST APIs, webhooks, middleware, and iPaaS platforms.
•Own end-to-end delivery of business systems projects from requirements and solution design through build, testing, deployment, and adoption.
•Maintain stack health during hypergrowth including data quality, technical debt management, performance, and governor-limit-aware design while documenting integration patterns and coding standards.
•Translate business requirements across departments into scalable platform solutions and embed AI capabilities through data enrichment, call-intelligence workflows, record summarization/hygiene, and AI agents.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of hands-on experience with business systems with deep Salesforce expertise across administration, development, and solution design.
•Strong Salesforce development skills including Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL, plus admin fundamentals (security model, data model, release management).
•Proven ability to build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, middleware, or iPaaS platforms.
•Hands-on experience with additional business systems beyond Salesforce (e.g., Gong, HubSpot, NetSuite, Marketo) and ability to master new platforms quickly.
•Strong AI capability using LLMs and AI tools in systems work, with shipped AI-powered improvements.
