Key Responsibilities

  • •Assume responsibility for assigned module transfer topics in DTG (process flow, tool selection, recipe optimization, characterization, and data interpretation).
  • •Facilitate x-learning and BKM sharing across F15, F4, F16, and HVM fabs for module-related topics.
  • •Ensure KPIs are in place for inline/param/probe/burn/REL measurements and verify appropriate reaction to deviations and toggles.
  • •Work with YE, PE, RDA, PFA, Param, and QA teams to understand issues and priorities; propose solutions and escalate resource conflicts.
  • •Define sub-milestones, drive targets/timelines, and help define MOR-related activities with central teams and planning teams.

  • •Own assigned module transfer topics, including process flow, tool selection, and recipe optimization.
  • •Use characterization and data interpretation methods for assigned module topics.
  • •Facilitate x-learning and BKM sharing between F15, F4, F16 and HVM fabs.
  • •Ensure appropriate KPI setup and response for inline, param, probe, burn, and REL measurements.
  • •Provide technical leadership across the project lifecycle and communicate actions taken to address complex problems.
