Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage the enhancement request pipeline across multiple strategic enterprise accounts, building systems to track, prioritize, and ensure requests move through the process.
  • •Translate customer requirements into shipped products by focusing on customer pain and synthesizing input into coherent product direction.
  • •Identify patterns across accounts, shape them into partnerships for design, and feed validated patterns into core product roadmaps.
  • •Lead as the primary product voice with senior customer stakeholders (including CISO and CTO), delivering roadmap updates such as deprioritizations and misses.
  • •Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Legal to produce actionable requirements and support deal cycles with RFPs, security questionnaires, and roadmap presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •7–10 years of product management experience, including at least 4 years in B2B enterprise software, delivering products from customer input through shipped outcomes.
  • •Direct experience with named strategic enterprise accounts and running an enhancement-request process at scale across multiple accounts.
  • •Hands-on security domain knowledge with SIEM, SOAR, XDR, or broader security operations platforms, including detection engineering and compliance use cases.
  • •Comfort acting as the primary product voice with C-suite stakeholders and delivering difficult feedback while maintaining relationships.
  • •Ability to write requirements engineers can act on and assess feasibility/scope with solid understanding of system architecture.
