•Help clients build project management skills and apply financial, competitive, and market research to business decisions.
•Coach clients on emerging tools, including AI fundamentals and AI automation.
•Provide career support including resume review, LinkedIn review, cover letter guidance, and interview preparation.
•Support tailored negotiation, networking strategy, and overall progress for operations and strategy career growth.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience in business operations or strategy (e.g., operations lead, strategy consultant, or industry professional).
•Demonstrated track record of driving efficiency and growth.
•A clear, structured approach to coaching clients through both technical and career growth.
•Ability to teach core business strategy development, operations management, and process improvement.
•Experience applying financial analysis, competitive analysis, and market research to business decisions.
