Key Responsibilities

•Deliver sourcing assignments including support for executive search, talent mapping/pooling, succession planning, and open roles.
•Proactively source, screen, and pool candidates via internal databases, LinkedIn, external job boards, and open web searching.
•Develop and execute sourcing plans for assigned workstreams.
•Design and implement bespoke recruitment campaigns for key recruitment drives.
•Partner with resourcing specialists and hiring managers from market research and job briefs through interviews and offer management.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree from a UGC recognized university (with mark sheets and provisional/degree passing certificate).
•Fresh graduates within 0-5 years of completing their Bachelor’s degree.
•Basic knowledge of full cycle recruiting and sourcing.
•Strong communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
•Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking with professional presentation skills to senior stakeholders.
