Maintain shop areas, tools, and supplies, coordinate scheduled maintenance with managers, and support modifications for new products. Follow safety policies, wear required PPE, and complete internal testing as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform preventive maintenance inspections and service on manufacturing machines, including cleaning, oiling, lubricating, and replacing belts as needed.
•Identify root causes of unexpected equipment breakdowns and repair quickly to minimize downtime.
•Record and report damaged/worn parts, order replacements, and install necessary parts.
•Clean, organize, inventory, and maintain shop areas, parts, tools, and supplies.
•Coordinate with managers to schedule maintenance and collaborate on new product additions and required machinery modifications.

Key Requirements

•Mechanically inclined with relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
•Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints to diagnose manufacturing equipment issues.
•Good computer literacy to enter work records in the appropriate program.
•High school diploma or equivalent; vocational certificate in a related field preferred.
•Ability to communicate professionally in verbal and written form; multilingual strongly preferred.
