Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventive maintenance inspections and service on manufacturing machines, including cleaning, oiling, lubricating, and replacing belts as needed.
  • •Identify root causes of unexpected equipment breakdowns and repair quickly to minimize downtime.
  • •Record and report damaged/worn parts, order replacements, and install necessary parts.
  • •Clean, organize, inventory, and maintain shop areas, parts, tools, and supplies.
  • •Coordinate with managers to schedule maintenance and collaborate on new product additions and required machinery modifications.

Key Requirements

  • •Mechanically inclined with relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints to diagnose manufacturing equipment issues.
  • •Good computer literacy to enter work records in the appropriate program.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent; vocational certificate in a related field preferred.
  • •Ability to communicate professionally in verbal and written form; multilingual strongly preferred.
