Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently handle RTP-scope invoices and financial documents with timely, accurate processing and vendor identification.
  • •Ensure timely, accurate support for internal and external audits, including SOX control performance.
  • •Analyze, clean, and maintain GRIR and Trade Payables account balances for assigned legal entities to meet yearly targets.
  • •Maintain compliance with audit procedures, support audits/managerial requests, and proactively identify operational control points and process gaps.
  • •Create, test, and run reports so the RTP department meets compliance and audit requirements while participating in continuous improvement and Lean activities.

Key Requirements

  • •College or university degree, preferably in finance/accountancy.
  • •Minimum 2 years in a relevant field (RTP/AP, accounting, or finance).
  • •Advanced English communication (written and verbal).
  • •Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word.
  • •Deep understanding of RTP and account reconciliation processes, with logical thinking and attention to detail under pressure.
