Key Responsibilities

  • •Write and edit technical content including deep-dive blogs, benchmark releases, release notes, and customer stories.
  • •Run Pulse’s LinkedIn and X presence, maintaining a consistent technical company voice and growing an audience.
  • •Own core messaging and positioning across priority industries as the product evolves.
  • •Plan and execute product launches end to end: blog posts, landing pages, social, and email announcements.
  • •Turn engineering work, evaluations, and customer results into sales-facing materials and guide conference and event presence.

Key Requirements

  • •0-4 years of technical writing, content, developer relations, or marketing experience at a startup or agency; new grads with strong writing and a portfolio are encouraged.
  • •Exceptional written communication for technical audiences, with the ability to explain how systems work clearly and without hype.
  • •Technical fluency to interview engineers, read benchmark tables, and speak effectively with engineering and data teams.
  • •Experience writing for social media (or a strong point of view on what works on LinkedIn and X for technical audiences).
  • •A bias to ship quickly—able to publish a blog post or landing page in hours, not weeks.
