Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day operations of the GCC Business Solutions team, including resource planning, allocation, and prioritisation.
  • •Provide leadership and line management to a multi-disciplinary team covering PA services, business and project support, travel and fleet, and graphic design.
  • •Drive performance through reporting on utilisation, service delivery, and team outputs; identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • •Lead continuous improvement by identifying and adopting new technologies, tools, and processes including automation to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • •Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality administrative, project support, and graphic/digital outputs while adhering to corporate branding and design standards.
