•Plan and execute corporate events from start to finish, including managing registration and promotion of external events.
•Build relationships and coordinate with executive, marketing, sales, and product stakeholders to understand event needs.
•Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
•Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
•Provide on-site management and support during events, and evaluate event success for improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience managing owned and third-party corporate events in a corporate environment.
•2-5+ years of event campaign management experience to promote events through marketing and sales channels.
•Demonstrated experience managing events from small workshops to large conferences.
•Familiarity with event management software and marketing tools such as Swoogo, Hubspot, Salesforce, and Trello.
•Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to build relationships across clients, vendors, organizers, and internal teams.
