Key Responsibilities

•Identify, prioritize, and lead initiatives supporting key bets and creating major impact.
•Develop, test, and incubate new ideas (products and businesses) for growth.
•Own ad hoc analysis and project work including board prep, planning, goal setting, competitive analysis, and financial analyses.
•Act as connective tissue across teams—align stakeholders, harmonize objectives, and drive progress on complex cross-functional programs.
•Advise senior commercial leaders and proactively foresee roadblocks, proposing solutions with minimal guidance.

Key Requirements

•5–7+ years in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, bizops, or strategy roles.
•Strong problem-solving and the ability to operate in ambiguity while building frameworks and plans.
•Ability to build analytical models and translate them into executive-level insights.
•Demonstrated ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and influence leaders at all levels.
•Self-starter ownership mindset for complex, high-priority problems from day one.
