Operations Lead - Fashion Show

Lead store operations for a high-volume retail location, partnering with the Operations & Visual Manager to drive profitability and efficiency. Own inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink, investigate root causes, and manage day-to-day execution across shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management. Lead by example, support guest experience, oversee Operations Associates, and help manage budgets, expenses, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities.
