Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate product quality while maintaining a safe work environment and following Tyson policies and procedures.
  • •Monitor machines as needed and notify the supervisor of any mechanical breakdowns.
  • •Recognize, remove, and discard systemic diseased birds and/or viscera packages.
  • •Remove parts due to disease and contamination and remove birds from the line for reprocessing due to defects.
  • •Trim disease and contamination from the product as necessary.
