Job Summary

Senior Regional Product Manager responsible for managing Belkin’s product lines, driving market share and revenue, coordinating across Sales, Global Product Management, Marketing, Design, Branding and Demand Planning, and leading a cross-functional team to deliver pricing, positioning and go-to-market strategies. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on product development, P&L ownership for the Americas, and a hybrid work model (2-3 days in the El Segundo office).

Key Responsibilities

•Develop an understanding of all elements of our business – supply chain, design, sell-in, in-store merchandising, online merchandising, distribution, etc. – to create long-term barriers-to-entry against competitors in a highly-competitive marketplace.
•Develop and execute selling and marketing activities that drive market share and revenue growth across multiple sales channels
•Lead internal and external initiatives in collaboration with Sales, Global Product Management, Marketing, Design, Branding, and Demand Planning to deliver on product pricing, product positioning, product placement, and product sell through
•Engage and empower the sales function to deliver best-in-class field execution, helping them to understand and deliver our vision and strategy to our retail and commercial customers
•Collaborate with marketing teams to develop, communicate and execute go-to-market strategies/product launches, product marketing and messaging

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven track record and experience in successfully launching consumer products.
•Four-year college degree in Business Administration or Marketing. MBA highly preferred
•7+ years experience in a similar role or related work experience within the consumer packaged goods or consumer electronics industry
•Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing other product managers
•Depending on channel, domestic and international travel may be required
