•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, fashion advice, and follow-up to close sales.
•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while developing personal sales plans and meeting KPIs.
•Use mobile POS and clienteling tools, including social selling platforms (including short-form video), to capture data and drive repeat purchases.
•Support store operations: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, transaction processing, and stockroom/sales floor organization.

Key Requirements

•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping/video demos, clienteling, and data acquisition skills (preferred).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain performance on the sales floor.
