Create and monitor work orders, track service intervals, diagnose equipment issues using real-time information, and perform preventive maintenance and repairs at customer job sites when required. Work independently or with another technician, maintain electronic documentation, assist with parts/equipment pickups and deliveries, and help train lower-level technicians.
