Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, train, and deploy predictive models to enhance AI solution capabilities.
  • •Apply LLM and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to real-world business contexts.
  • •Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate objectives into actionable machine learning tasks.
  • •Monitor, evaluate, and improve models based on real-world performance and changing needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s or Ph.D. in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Reinforcement Learning (RL), or Data Science.
  • •Proven experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and parameter-efficient fine-tuning (e.g., LoRA, QLoRA).
  • •Strong proficiency in Python and experience building/deploying LLM-powered apps using FastAPI/Flask and Streamlit.
  • •Experience with ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and tooling such as Langchain/Langgraph/LlamaIndex.
