Key Requirements

  • •Experience leading programs using Earned Value management and RIO management to drive program performance.
  • •3+ years leadership experience in Program Management on a large program effort.
  • •At least one year of leadership experience (team leader, temp manager, large-scale cross-functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) or completion of Boeing’s “Exploring Leadership” course.
  • •Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
