Key Responsibilities

•Draft and negotiate contracts and related commercial agreements for the organization.
•Ensure that KATIM’s activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
•Provide comprehensive legal support to all functions and activities within KATIM.
•Advise on regulatory matters affecting the business and manage legal risk in UAE.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Abu Dhabi to support secure communications solutions while maintaining governance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor degree in Law from a UAE university
•Minimum of 3 years of legal experience in drafting and negotiating contracts
•UAE lawyer license
