Key Responsibilities

•Maintain the kitchen facilities of the different consumption centers in perfect condition, emphasizing gas, water, electricity, and related installations.
•Be versatile and handle multiple tasks; may be assigned laterally to other areas with or without prior notice to ensure hotel operation and service.
•Contribute to the general satisfaction of the division and participate in performance evaluations.
•Attend scheduled training sessions and comply with annual training programs and service practices.
•Handle urgent repair requests from consumption centers and perform preventive maintenance on all kitchen equipment and on gas, water, and electricity piping, coordinating with the corresponding department.

Key Requirements

•Comply 100% with the service and quality standards described in the Department Operating Manual, including policies and knowledge verification sessions.
•Read and apply the Department Operating Manual using the knowledge acquired.
•Keep and maintain all department operation areas and equipment in optimal condition through proper use, awareness, and received training.
•Maintain a culture of order and cleanliness in every area using correct execution and proper use of equipment and tools.
•Strictly follow quality standards, procedures, policies, and the Internal Work Regulations to avoid disciplinary actions.
