Job Summary

Own the technical product relationship with enterprise clients for a contracted, highly customized home-lending build. You’ll serve as the dedicated product owner—gathering and iterating requirements, running backlog/sprints with a globally distributed engineering team, and advising on solution design during discovery and pre-sales. Turn client learnings into repeatable discovery processes and feed signals back into product strategy, packaging, and pricing as teams converge on a single platform.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the dedicated product owner for a contracted custom client build, owning requirements, backlog, and sprint execution with globally distributed engineering.
•Advise prospects through pre-sales discovery, guiding component selection and setting expectations on what’s standard, custom, and not built.
•Create repeatable discovery assets, including discovery questions, a scoping method, and a gap-analysis template for standard deals.
•Support pre-sales with scoping, technical feasibility, solution design, and proposals for standard and high-touch deployments.
•Translate client needs into buildable requirements during delivery and stay engaged post go-live on stabilization, adoption, and expansion.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Technical depth with product sense, comfortable in architecture discussions with client engineers and roadmap discussions with client executives.
•Experience in a client-facing technical product role such as solutions architecture, technical product management, or implementation consulting.
•Mortgage or fintech background, with home equity and refinance domain knowledge as a strong advantage.
•Ability to write requirements engineering that can be built from without rework.
•Comfort working across global time zones and traveling to client sites as programs require.
