Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls focused on Health IT risks.
  • •Conduct regular risk assessments covering HIPAA/HITECH, data security, Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, information blocking, and FDA SaMD regulations.
  • •Develop and track corrective action plans to resolve compliance issues and prevent recurrence.
  • •Establish an annual compliance work plan with targeted auditing and monitoring; report key compliance metrics to senior leadership and the Audit Committee.
  • •Direct compliance training and communications, including managing the compliance hotline and continuously improving program effectiveness.

Salary: USD 190,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required; JD or relevant Master’s degree strongly preferred.
  • •Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or similar compliance certification highly desirable.
  • •6-10 years of experience in healthcare regulatory and compliance, including leadership experience in Health IT, SaaS, or medical device.
  • •Proven ability to develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and training programs.
  • •Expert knowledge of the U.S. healthcare regulatory landscape, including HIPAA/HITECH, Anti-Kickback Statute, and state/federal data privacy laws (e.g., CCPA/CPRA).
