Design, oversee, and monitor Commure’s corporate compliance program to ensure adherence to healthcare and data privacy regulations for its Health IT AI platform. Serve as an independent compliance leader, chair the Corporate Compliance Committee, run risk assessments across HIPAA/HITECH, Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, information blocking, and SaMD/FDA requirements, and drive corrective actions, training, hotlines, and compliance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, oversee, and monitor the effectiveness of Commure’s corporate compliance program.
•Serve as an independent and objective compliance leader, reviewing and evaluating compliance issues across the organization.
•Chair the Corporate Compliance Committee with cross-functional representation and ensure regular meetings.
•Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, controls, and corrective action plans.
•Conduct ongoing risk assessments, establish an annual compliance work plan, deliver compliance training, manage the compliance hotline, and report compliance metrics to leadership and the Audit Committee.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 220,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required; Juris Doctorate (JD) or a relevant Master’s degree (e.g., MBA, MHA) strongly preferred.
•Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or similar certification is highly desirable.
•Minimum 6–10 years’ experience in healthcare regulatory and compliance roles, preferably in Health IT, SaaS, or medical device, with leadership experience.
•Proven ability to develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and employee training programs.
•Expert knowledge of U.S. healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, HITECH, Anti-Kickback Statute, and state/federal data privacy laws (e.g., CCPA/CPRA).
